Where We Ship?

We proudly ship worldwide, offering delivery of our products across the globe. Due to the international locations, we are unable to deliver/ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, such as geographical and/or political restrictions.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we are restricted from delivering to the following destinations:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.

Please be aware that we are dealing with several supplies to fulfil your product requirements, therefore while you are ordering the product please check if the specific product of your needs is accessible to your destined address.

 

Processing and Fulfilment Times

At COMPOSUREuk.com, every product is crafted and custom-made with care by our trusted partners and suppliers to ensure quality and sustainability.

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction, but the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Nevertheless, we aim to deliver our products within the estimated time frame of 30 days from your purchase.

We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT: order processing + estimated fulfilment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.

Here's what you can expect:​​

  1. Order Processing Timeframe:

    • Orders are sent to our production partners within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Once your order is ready, it will be sent for fulfilment and dispatched for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

  2. Fulfilment:

    • Our suppliers typically fulfil orders within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order complexity.

    • Fulfilment times may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances like supplier delays.

Shipping / Delivery Times

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, it will be ready for delivery.

Please note that our delivery times may vary depending on EDT factors like order, fulfilment, the shipping destination and unforeseen factors like customs delays.

 

We consider the current order volume and our fulfilment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfilment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, harsh weather conditions or transport disruption.

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

If you’re experiencing a delay after the EDT has passed, then do not wait to contact us any longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat and we’ll attempt to resolve the issue.

Shipping / Delivery Costs

We strive to offer as clear and competitive shipping rates as possible and make your experience of shopping at our store as pleasant as possible; Therefore, we follow the set of rules to make it happen and give you the choice for your delivery.

Here are our selected delivery costs:

  1. Flat Rate Standard Shipping

    • Fixed rates apply to all major shipping zones, calculated at checkout for simplicity.

  2. Standard DDP

    • The Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution is a shipping option that ensures that the delivery is as smooth and hassle-free as tax transit gives the experience by covering all customs fees upfront.

  3. Free Shipping

    • Enjoy your best moments with our free shipping on orders over £150/€180/$186.

    • Order multiple items together to save on shipping costs!

  4. Live Shipping Rates

    • For some regions, real-time shipping rates may be displayed at checkout, based on your location and order weight.

We choose the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email and order tracking.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure timely delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately, especially if they are fulfilled by different suppliers or located in different warehouses or areas. Each shipment will have its tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.
